This was a very special maternity session to Tina & Lucas – this is their first child! Everything in the nursery was DIY and ideas from pinterest – I loved the colors coral and mint mixed with hints of glittery gold and the cool feathers. Even the ombre curtains were dip dyed following a tutorial from pinterest! Definitely an inspiration to know that not everything on pinterest is a “fail”! The decor also included a couple refurbished items that she hand painted like the changing table and nightstand.
I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with the color pallet, feathers and dream catcher!! Just beautiful!
We took a lot of the photos in the nursery, but we also took a couple around the home and a trail nearby. Tina and Lucas just recently bought their home so we had to get some photos on the front porch too!
You could definitely feel the anticipation of baby CeCe’s arrival and the joy that this couple felt – even the dog was excited! I feel so lucky to document this special moment in their lives and I can’t wait to meet their little bundle of joy!
